- 24-48 hours before scheduled session: 50% refund or credit toward future session
- Less than 24 hours before scheduled session: No refund available
- No-show without notice: No refund; full session fee applies
2.2 Multi-Session Package Refunds
For packages of multiple coaching sessions:
- Before first session: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- After first session: Refund for unused sessions minus 20% administrative fee and cost of completed sessions
- After 50% of sessions completed: No refund for remaining sessions
- Packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase; unused sessions after expiration are non-refundable
3. Group Workshops and Training Programs

If we cancel a workshop for any reason:

- Alternative workshop dates will be offered when available

- We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred
3.3 Multi-Day Training Programs
For intensive multi-day programs:
- More than 30 days before program start: Full refund minus €50 administrative fee
- 15-30 days before program start: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before program start: No refund, but credit toward future program may be considered
- After program begins: No refunds for any portion of the program
4. Online Courses and Digital Products
4.1 Pre-Recorded Online Courses
For digital courses and materials:
- Within 7 days of purchase and less than 20% of content accessed: Full refund
- Within 7 days but more than 20% of content accessed: No refund
- After 7 days from purchase: No refund regardless of content accessed
- Digital downloads and materials cannot be returned once accessed
4.2 Subscription-Based Services
For ongoing subscription services:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
- All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins

- After assessment begins: No refund

- We will work with you to reschedule services when possible

If your assigned instructor becomes unavailable:
- We will offer a qualified substitute instructor
